Core insulation: 5mm thick XPS (extruded polystyrene) board. Assembly uses high-strength adhesive and positive-pressure hot-press molding (utilizing a fully automated gluing and pressing machine for uniform adhesive application, resistance to bulging, and high production efficiency).
(2) Interior flooring: Stainless steel with aluminum alloy ventilation channels; stainless steel air-flow channels installed on all interior walls. Rear door assembly: Stainless steel frame, locks, hinges, and hardware. Lighting: Energy-efficient LED interior lights and UV disinfection lamps, controlled by independent switches. Other standard features included. The entire box offers excellent thermal insulation, uniform temperature distribution, and high durability/wear resistance.
(3) Add-on components: Roof-mounted refrigeration unit—domestic Kelly KL-180D (with heating) or imported Thermo King/Carrier unit (0°C to -15°C range).
③ Optional items: Ventilation channels on five sides; temperature and humidity data logger (Shuoxing or Loget brands, GSP compliant); relevant inspection reports available upon request. Note: In compliance with national regulations for the transport of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and blood products, these vaccine cold-chain vehicles are equipped with temperature and humidity data loggers. They feature GPS and real-time printers for continuous data recording and support network connectivity with multiple computers, allowing office-based staff to monitor vehicle routes and internal cargo temperatures in real time.
